There are lots of reasons why someone would overheal (HOTs, AoE heals, lag, too many healers and not enough dmg taken by the group, people keen to get high on the healing meter, e..), and as long as no one dies, it's not big deal really. I usually overheal by about 15-25% as Holy, and I think that's pretty good. I also think it's better to be safe than sorry, even if that means overhealing. 70% is a bit mh, though.
